What can I do when some options on the ColorPlugin panel are greyed out?

Does your ColorPlugin panel look like this after an upgrade to version 1.4.2.1326? 
Only the option "ColorConversion" is available?

Workaround during office hours 8 am to 5 pm CET:

• Ask the license department (order@gmgcolor.com) for a new license
  Ask for the license "GMG ColorPlugin (Packaging)" - instead of  "Product GMG ColorPlugin (Packaging)" which is causing the issue

Workaround outside the office hours 8 am to 5 pm CET:

• Start the plugins via the menu: File > Automate
