Resolved issues
The following technical issues have been resolved with this version. Please note that this is a description of the error, not of the fixed situation.
Inactive buttons
In some cases, buttons were grayed out even though the corresponding features were licensed.
False panel status alert
In some cases, it was incorrectly reported that the panel was not available, even though it was installed correctly.
Unexpected conversion results
In some cases, the processing of 16-bit images via ChannelRemover and ColorConversion led to unexpected results.
This version can only be used with Adobe® Photoshop® 2022 and later.
Instead of checking the GMG website, downloading a setup, and manually install it, there is now a very easy way to ensure that GMG ColorPlugin is always up to date. When you start the GMG ColorPlugin extension, an arrow down button will be shown in the plugin panel if a new version is available.
You can simply click the Install button to start the download and subsequent installation. All required resources will be downloaded automatically via the internet.
Select the option Open using Rosetta for Adobe Photoshop in the macOS settings before starting Adobe Photoshop.
