Important: before upgrading to latest version of the software, be sure to have a new .lic file to update your dongle as well as the latest software installer from the downloads section. Without both, you will not be able to upgrade.
license updates (.lic files) can be obtained from your GMG reseller or from our GMG sales agent.

hello my name is bruce Nicholas is no longer with us and we are having issues trying to recognize the license.
