Your jump screen has been stuck for a while and it normally loads a lot faster. ColorProof isn't launching! Here are a few tips that will hopefully help fix your problem!
1. Click on the jump screen to make it disappear. There could be an error message behind the jump page that you are not seeing.
If you see this:
Check for these things:
- Is your dongle plugged in?
- Have you checked to make sure it is plugged into a USB 2.0 port?*
- Try switching usb ports on your computer
*USB 3.0 is not supported - usually blue inside - do not use a port that looks like this for your dongle:
