SemiMatte Light Error with HPZ Printer

HPZ Printer loaded with GMG SemiMatte Paper, will print job and get error in job window that reads "GMG Semimatte Light". If you open the job, there are no errors listed.

Two things to check for :

1. Is your firmware printer up to date?

2. In the web interface for HPZ, is queue turn on or off? If it is turned on, turn it off.
