Pantone Coated Target values are different

Pantone changed the formulation of the colors between the Solid Coated and the Plus Coated libraries (but still use same naming convention)
for example:

Pantone 300C 

in the Solid Coated library has L.a.b 38.13/ -12.68 / -61.02
in the Plus Coated library has L.a.b 35.78/ -9.70 / -62.01

If you use a Pantone, you need to decide which library you want to use in the ColorProof workflow and turn off the other ones.
