If you have followed all of the necessary steps in your documentation folder in the Webclient Quick Start Guide but Webclient still isnt working, this might help you :
If you have ColorProof and WebClient installed on Windows Server 2008 R2. When enter the WebClient URL - error page with the following message: HTTP Status 404 - /WebClient type Status report message /WebClient description The requested resource (/WebClient) is not available. Apache Tomcat/7.0.25
ANSWER: Apache was still running from old Esko installation, and that was blocking the IIS and WebClient. Disabled the Apache, and was then able to login into WebClient.
