If you are unable to get it to work, a number of things to make sure of
- Do you have an SUC? Only customers with Software upgrade contract have access to ColorProof GO. For more information please contact your dealer or sales person.
- Some browsers have been problematic, try using another browser. Google Chrome is a good option.
- GMG ColorProof GO requires an active internet connection on the computer where GMG ColorProof is running and on the computer from which you want to access GMG ColorProof GO. If you have issues connecting to the ColorProof PC you may need help from your IT person.
