How To Backup ColorProof, OpenColor, ColorServer and PrintFactory

Tips:

Backup to an external drive or network location in case the C drive fails.

Check that location occasionally to be sure your automatic backups are completing successfully.

ColorProof:  System- General- Environment Backup Scheduler

OpenColor:  Options- Database- Create Backup

note:  OpenColor needs to be backed up manually.  Put a recurring event in your calendar to remind yourself to do this regularly.
