Software licensing - 0.000.000.000 - Dongle ID not recognized

You are using software licensing and you get an error message like the below ones?
The serial number of the dongle is not recognized ? (=0.000.000.000)
A message in the license window says: "Your softlicensing system does not run"?

Solution:

1. Please select the "Create device file..." > "Create" option. A file will be saved to your desktop. Please send it to order@gmgcolor.com and request a new license file.
2. Load the new license file using the "Import license file..." functionality
   

Cause of the error:

Probably the configuration of your virtual machine has changed. As the software license is based on your system configuration, the license will become invalid (=is not recognized anymore, 0.000.000.000) as soon as changes are detected.

Please note that following components must remain the same:

• OS
• Machine ID
• Hard disk
• Network, Fixed IP is required!
