Problem: X-Rite eXact Advanced cannot be connected to GMG OpenColor.
Solution 1: Makes sure all necessary drivers and firmware are installed
- Install eXact Manager for PC. See software download in the support area of the X-Rite eXact Advanced page.
- Make sure that the device is connected in the eXact manager.
- Update the firmware
Solution 2: Do not run GMG OpenColor and eXact Manager at the same time
Close eXact Manager, because the measurement device cannot initialize in GMG OpenColor if eXact Manager is running in the background.
