Servicing your i1, i1iO or iSis
If your X-Rite product is in need of repair of recertification, X-Rite require that you contact them directly.

Once the form is completed, X-Rite will contact you directly with cost and shipping information within a few days.
X-Rite offers repair and recertification services for products that are under warranty, covered by a service contract or through a material charge. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required from X-Rite in order for you to return a unit for repair, replacement or recertification. X-Rite will provide you with an RMA number and shipping instructions.
The process can take several weeks, but a loaner unit can be requested in the RMA form.
