How to restore a backup on another PC?

The easiest way to copy an OpenColor configuration to another PC is to copy the database. 

Steps:

1. PC 1: Open C:\ProgramData\GMG\GMGopenColor --> Copy the folder DatabaseV2
2. PC 2: Open C:\ProgramData\GMG\GMGopenColor 
   Rename here the folder "DatabaseV2" into "DatabaseV2_initial"
   
3. Now copy the folder DatabaseV2 of PC 1 to this PC 2
4. Start OpenColor
5. PC 2 now contains the same database items as on PC 1
6. Check the system preferences if any changes are needed: Settings > Preferences...

Note: this way to restore a backup is not version bound
