Restore ColorPlugin after Illustrator update

After upgrading to a new major version of Adobe® Illustrator® (e.g. 29.0 → 30.0), GMG ColorPlugin may no longer be visible in the Illustrator interface.

This behavior is expected. While minor updates (e.g. 29.7 → 29.8) update the existing Illustrator installation and keep installed plug-ins, an upgrade to the next major version is installed as a separate application. Plug-ins are therefore not transferred automatically.

To make GMG ColorPlugin available in the new Illustrator version, please reinstall the plugin as follows:

1. Close Illustrator.
2. Download the latest version of GMG ColorPlugin from GMG Manage. 
   
3. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Restart Illustrator.
5. Activate the GMG ColorPlugin entry under Windows > Extensions to display the plugin panel.
