Problem description
GMG ColorPlugin is installed, but it does not work to log in. The error message is: "Authenticating, please wait…"

Solution
This error happens if the front-end part of the plugin is not installed correctly.
Option 1: Manual install of the panel (.ccx)
- Close Photoshop completely (make sure it’s not running in the background).
- Go to: C:\Users\Public\GMG\GMG ColorPlugin\GMGColorPluginPanel
- Double-click the GMGColorPluginPanel.ccx file to install it manually.
- Open Photoshop and check if the plugin works.
Option 2: Clean removal + reinstall
If Option 1 doesn’t help:
- Remove the plugin from Creative Cloud.
- Uninstall it from Windows via Add or Remove Programs.
- Reinstall the plugin, then test again.
