ColorCard Settings

Open ColorCard settings by clicking the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner of the app.

Hotfolder Names

The Hotfolder Names must match the hotfolders created in GMG ColorProof during the installation and setup of GMG ColorCard. If you need additional hotfolders or want to change existing ones, please  contact our Support Team.

Filter by CxF Object Type

Optionally, you can filter incoming CxF files by object type (e.g., trial or standard).
If you load a file that contains a different object type than allowed by the filter, ColorCard displays an error message and the file cannot be processed.

Tolerance Range for Variant Cards

Define a ΔE tolerance for neighboring colors (variants) in supported templates (e.g., Lab Circle).
This allows ColorCard to print acceptable color variants for production within the specified tolerance range.

Measure & Improve Cards Automatically

When enabled, ColorCard compares the measured color to the target color defined in the CxF file. If the result is outside tolerance, ColorCard automatically calculates a correction and reprints the color card.

Template Language

Templates are available in English and German. After changing the language and saving, the template list shows only templates in the selected language. No app restart is required.

Card Usage

Displays how many cards remain available for printing.
