Version 1.2 - Coming soon
GMG Measure 1.2 introduces major improvements to measuring workflows, data preparation, and compensation curve handling. Built on a new measurement SDK, this release delivers a more responsive user experience across supported devices, streamlines chart measurements, and provides new tools for analyzing and exporting measurement data.
Faster and more efficient measuring workflows
The new measurement SDK significantly improves usability and simplifies everyday measuring tasks.
- Faster automatic recognition of connected measuring devices
- Seamless switching between Scan and Patch mode for supported handheld devices
- No device recalibration required when continuing with the next chart page
- Simultaneous measurement with two devices in both Chart and Color mode
- Multi-condition measurements (M0, M1, and M2) captured in a single measuring process on supported devices
Better data analysis and preparation
GMG Measure now provides additional visualization and correction tools to help you evaluate measurement data before using it for profiling or process optimization.
New capabilities include:
- Display of gradation and dot gain curves in Chart and Color mode, supporting both Density and CTV
- New 2D, 3D, and table views for measurement data in Chart mode
- Intelligent adaptive Smoothing that automatically optimizes measured data while providing a quality rating
- Ability to load CGATS files from either a single text file or a multi-condition ZIP archive for reviewing and correcting measurements, including Outlier Removal and Smoothing
Export CTV compensation curves
GMG Measure 1.2 introduces the ability to estimate and export CTV compensation curves directly from measured data. You can export compensation curves as MXN for use in ColorServer or CSV for third-party applications.
Improved multi-condition data handling
Working with measurements captured under multiple illumination conditions has become easier.
- Export multi-condition CGATS measurements (M0, M1, and M2) as a single ZIP archive
- Reload multi-condition ZIP files for visualization and further data correction
Updated supported measuring devices
GMG Measure 1.2 supports the following measuring devices:
- Barbieri Spectro LFP (Reflection)
