The X-Rite i1Pro 2 and iO2 devices may not function properly on Windows 11. Although the devices are recognized in Device Manager, GMG applications may be unable to use them.
With the latest Windows 11 updates (24H2, 25H2, and 26H1), Microsoft has introduced the Windows Hardware Compatibility Program (WHCP). This program protects Windows systems against the installation of drivers that are not WHCP-signed.

Please note that X-Rite support for the i1Pro 2 and iO2 devices ended on January 31, 2025. Sales of the i1Pro 2 and iO2 ceased in 2019, and there are no plans to update the drivers or applications for this product series to ensure compatibility with Windows 11 WHCP requirements. Current i1Pro 3 devices and drivers comply with the Windows 11 WHCP guidelines and are supported by X-Rite and in GMG products.
