Was ist GMG Manage?

GMG Manage is a web portal that lets you view and manage your GMG licenses, users, and downloads in one central place.

As an organization administrator, you can:

• Get a clear overview of your license systems and licenses
• Transfer licenses between systems when needed
• Request temporary licenses to support short-term requirements
• For user-based products, invite users and assign usage rights

How GMG Manage is organized

GMG Manage includes two main areas:

1. Administration (admins only)
   Manage your organization’s users, roles/access, and licensing.
2. Download (admins and members)
   Download the latest versions of all GMG applications.

Administrative functions are only visible to users with the organization administrator role. Members can access downloads but cannot manage users or licenses.
