No, such a conversion is not possible. MXN and MXD profiles are multicolor profiles using spectral data. The MX4 format, on the other hand, only allows the use of up to 4 colors (CMYK) and requires Lab values. However, with a GMG ProfileEditor license, you can create an MX4 profile yourself.
