Internet connection requirements for Online Licensing

To use online licensing successfully, the following prerequisites must be met:

• An internet connection is required during the setup or activation of an online license (typically 2-3 minutes).

• To keep the license active, the system must connect to the internet at least once every 60 days. Connecting every 30 days is recommended.

• If your network enforces strict firewall rules, ensure that outbound HTTPS communication is permitted so the software can reach the license server.
