Internal Error when editing or creating PDF Hotfolder

If after attempting to create a new PDF hotfolder or editing an existing hotfolder, you receive this error:

 Internal Error: Unexpected validation error --- Unable to cast COM object of type 'System.   ComObject' to interfact type 'cp form.IGMGFormCallback'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interfact with IID '{7891FAF3-577C-48A5-A1EE-587D985BBDF}' failed due to the following error: Error loading type library/DLL. (TYPE E CANTLOADLIBRARY)).

Resolution: 

Run the file C:\Program Files (x86)\GMG\ColorServer\COM_Reg.bat
