Smartprofiler will not measure charts printed on dark material

There is a way to get the dark Cork material to read in SmartProfiler

in C:\Program Files (x86)\GMG\SmartProfiler is a file named 'SmartProfiler.exe.config'
open this with notepad, wordpad, some text editor

inside is an entry
</setting>
<setting name='MeasurePageValidation' serializeAs='String'>
<value>True</value>

change this to </setting>
<setting name='MeasurePageValidation' serializeAs='String'>
<value>False</value>

This will stop the software from comparing the measured values to expected values. And will successfully create measurements
