Job Ticket Hotfolder - Advanced Configuration with XSLT

The previous articles assume that your workflow system generates an XML job ticket specifically for GMG ColorServer.

However, your MIS may already create a general job ticket that contains—or provides the information needed to derive—all required processing parameters. In this case, you can submit this existing job ticket directly to the hotfolder.

Before ColorServer can process it, the parameters must be transformed into the structure expected by the job ticket hotfolder. ColorServer can perform this transformation by using XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations).
