You license is not transferred through the cloud?
Please check the following:
- Is your system connected to the internet? Your system must be online so that the license can be delivered.
- Do you use a firewall in your network? Please make sure that port 443 is enabled so that the GMG applications can communicate with our cloud. (Alternatively, whitelist *.gmgcolor.com)
- Are you running an old version of the license service ('GMG Application Service')?
Please check in GMG ColorProof, GMG OpenColor or GMG ColorServer: Update license > Settings > Show version info
Is the version of the license definition 184.108.40.206 or higher?
If the version is lower than 220.127.116.11 you will need to update in order to receive cloud licenses. Please update the GMG Application Service:
First close all GMG applications: https://customercare.gmgcolor.com/hc/en-us/articles/17182891159195-How-to-close-all-GMG-applications-
After that install the latest application service: https://customercare.gmgcolor.com/hc/en-us/articles/14136588212123-Install-latest-AppService-version
- Restart the GMG Product and open the license window
- Click the refresh button
Your license will now appear in the overview.
