If ColorProof GO is not showing the actual job list of ColorProof, it might need a reset of the data synchronization.
- Please deactivate the check box Connect ColorProof.
- Reactivate the connection to ColorProof.
- Refresh your browser and check the ColorProof GO job list again.
Important: If the problem persists, we advise to update to the latest ColorProof version (or at least 5.16.0.164).
