Removing an existing and installing a new Application Service version

  1. Close all GMG applications. (Detailed instructions can be found here)
  2. On your Windows machine, open the list of installed applications. (Programs and features > Apps and features > add/remove Program)
  3. Uninstall the Appservice.
  4. Delete the following folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\AppService (if available).
  5. Download the latest GMG Application Service:
    https://gmgcolor.com/support/software-download
  6. Install the latest version.
