Connect the plugin to GMG OpenColor

A direct connection to GMG OpenColor 3.1.5 or higher is required to convert colors with GMG ColorPlugin for Adobe® Illustrator®. You can set up the connection as follows:

1. Click the gear icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the plugin panel to open the Preferences dialog.
   
2. Under Connection to OpenColor, enter the Host Name/IP Address and Port of the machine that runs GMG OpenColor. The default port is 8080.
   
3. Click the Refresh connection button to establish the connection.
4. Click the OK button in the bottom right-hand corner to save your settings.
