Please note that our user-based applications use Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing you to access all GMG applications with a single login. This SSO feature is specific to GMG applications and does not extend to external directories, such as Active Directory.
In the table below you find an overview of the errors that might turn up when signing in / signing up to GMG Manage or other user-based applications controlled by GMG Manage. If you encounter any other issues than these, please let us know and contact our Support.

Sign up to GMG Manage (and other applications): Requires an organization ID (how do I get one?)
Important: Please ensure that the email address is entered correctly during registration, including upper- and lowercase letters. The email address is case-sensitive, meaning you will need to use the exact same capitalization when logging in later.
