User permissions and user roles

All users and user roles can be managed in GMG Manage. From here, you can invite new users, delete existing ones, change their access rights, and system pairings.

The permissions are grouped into the following roles. 

How to change user roles

In GMG Manage, click the Edit button of a user and select the ColorProof GO Settings to change the role.

You can withdraw the access of a user to a ColorProof system by clicking the "cross" icon next to it or next to all systems. 

If you remove a user from all systems, the user will still be able to login to GMG ColorProof GO, but the user will see only an empty jobs and printers list.
