Use the Prioritize job action to move an urgent proof job to the front of the processing queue.
When a job is prioritized, its priority is changed from the default value (or its currently assigned value) to 10, ensuring it is the next job to be processed and printed.
Prioritize a Job
- Open the Jobs list.
- Select the job you want to prioritize.
- In the Job actions panel, click Prioritize job.
High-priority jobs are clearly identified with a flag in the job list, making them easy to distinguish from standard jobs while ensuring they are processed before other queued jobs.
Note: After clicking Prioritize job, it may take a few seconds for the flag to appear. The priority change must first be processed by ColorProof before it is reflected in ColorProof GO.
Remove the Priority
If the job no longer requires priority processing:
- Select the prioritized job.
- In the Job actions panel, click Remove priority.
The job's priority is reset to the default value (Priority 5), and the flag is removed from the job list after the change has been processed.
