You can invite new users as Organization Admin via GMG Manage. The invitation will be sent by e-mail.
How to invite a new user
- In GMG Manage, on the Users page, click the Invite User button on the right side.
- Enter the e-mail address of the new user, select the user role and activate the ColorProof GO product checkbox:
- Click the Settings next to the product checkbox and select all ColorProof systems the user should have access to (multiple-choice):
- Select the ColorProof GO specific role and click Apply to send an email invitation to this user. The user will receive the email invitation within seconds and needs to click the Join button to login or register.
