Add a new spot color database to an existing workflow

To add new spot colors to an existing conversion, first check which spot color database is currently used in your workflow. Select the relevant hotfolder to display its settings in the right-hand pane. There, locate the OpenColor resource and add the additional spot color database by following the steps below.

Add a new spot color database to an existing workflow

1. Add the new spot color database to your OpenColor input project: Add additional spot color database to an existing project
2. Open the OpenColor output project
3. Click the pencil to Edit the separation rule
   
4. Click the eye symbol to Show the changes
   
5. Click the arrows to synchronize with the input project + OK + Save
   
6. Open the ColorServer Client. Go to Ressources > OpenColor Projects > double click to open the details
7. Click the arrows to Update the Spot Colors Resources
   
   You can check the change date to verify that the changes in OpenColor have been synchronized to ColorServer.
