The ColorServer Client shows the following message?
"Client is disconnected"
Please check if the defined port is correct. By default the port is 8111.
Note: the defined port must be the same in all of the below settings:
- ColorServer Client > Settings > Server Port
- ColorServer Configurator > Server configuration > Web Service Port
- ColorServer Configurator > Worker configuration > Web Service Port
- Hotfolder Service Configurator > Einstellungen > Serverport
Hier unten sehen Sie, wie sie zu den Port-Einstellungen gelangen.
- Open the ColorServer Client > General settings > Server Port
- Start the GMG Service Controller. The controller will appear as a symbol in the task bar. Right-click on the symbol to open the ColorServer Configurator.
In ColorServer Configurator > Server Configuration > Scrol down to 'Web Service Port'
- Go to the next tab 'Worker Configuration'
ColorServer Configurator > Worker configuration > Web Service Port - Open the Hotfolder Service Configurator > Settings > Serverport
Please check if all defined ports are the same.
