Why are the ColorServer jobs not processed?

ColorServer does not process any jobs? Please check if the ports are correct. By default the ports are defined as 8111.

The defined port must be the same in all of the below settings: 

1. ColorServer Client > Settings > Server Port
2. ColorServer Configurator > Server configuration > Web Service Port
3. ColorServer Configurator > Worker configuration > Web Service Port
4. Hotfolder Service Configurator > Einstellungen > Serverport

How to get to the above mentioned port settings?

1. Open the ColorServer Client > General settings > Server Port
   
2. Start the GMG Service Controller. The controller will appear as a symbol in the task bar. Right-click on the symbol to open the ColorServer Configurator.
   
   In ColorServer Configurator > Server Configuration > Scrol down to 'Web Service Port'
    
3. Go to the next tab 'Worker Configuration'
   ColorServer Configurator > Worker configuration > Web Service Port
   
4. Open the Hotfolder Service Configurator > Settings > Serverport
   

Please check if all defined ports are the same.
