If your license has expired (in the license overview, modules appear as 'expired'), please check that you have applied any license files that have been sent to you.
For online-based license, click the Get License button to check for updates.
If you have a license error and your license overview window is showing serial 0000000000, check that your dongle is connected to the USB port and visible.
If you still cannot launch your software, please contact us. Make sure to have your dongle serial number at hand.
- Every license file has a 10-digit serial number in the file name. This matches the serial number in your GMG software.
- You can find the serial number written on the USB dongle itself (if hardware based), or in the License Overview window (if hardware or online based).
