If your license appears as 'expired' in the License Overview but should still be valid, follow these steps:

Refresh License Information: Click the 'Refresh' button in the License Overview (of the Application Service) to check for any available license updates from our cloud.

Check Dongle Connection: If you encounter a license error with a serial number displayed as '0000000000,' and are using a physical license dongle, ensure that the dongle is properly connected to the USB port. If your are using our online licensing, such a serial number usually indicates problems with the internet or firewall/proxy configuration.

Contact Support: If the issue persists and you still cannot launch the software, please reach out to our support team. Have your serial number ready for faster assistance. The serial number is located on the USB dongle (if hardware-based) and can also be found in the License Overview window of the Application Service.
