Correcting measurement errors with handheld devices

With a calibrated handheld device, you can switch freely between strip and patch measurement as long as the device is in measurement mode. This allows you to correct measurement errors quickly and conveniently. For multi-page test charts, you can also switch between pages to correct errors on previously measured pages.

Once all patches of a test chart have been measured, the measurement mode is automatically deactivated. For subsequent correction measurements, it may therefore be necessary to recalibrate the device.
 

Correction using scan mode

1. Before repeating the measurement, select the corresponding row in the test chart with a mouse click.
2. Then perform the measurement again. The existing measurement values for this row will be replaced by the new measurement.
   

Correction using patch mode

1. Before repeating the measurement, select the corresponding patch in the test chart with a mouse click.
2. Then perform the measurement again. The existing measurement value for this patch will be replaced by the new measurement.
