About Power cleaning on SureColor SC-Px500: how many cycles are needed?

Please clean the print heads until the nozzles are free. Clean ink pairs to save ink.

Note that all cartridges must be removed from the printer and shaken before replacing the ink in the system to ensure that the pigments are evenly distributed. In general inks should be shaken at least once a month and especially before starting any intensive cleaning procedures.

How many power cleaning cycles are necessary to fully remove the old ink from the tubes?

SC-P7500 → 6 power cleaning cycles 
SC-P9500 → 8 power cleaning cycles

Important notes on execution: 

• The printer will pause automatically after 3 power cleaning cycles, because too many consecutive cleanings would cause too much foamed ink to accumulate in the maintenance box, which can lead to problems. After a short pause, cleaning can be continued.
• A large amount of ink is used for this intensive cleaning process.
• Before starting, check the level in the maintenance box and replace it if necessary to prevent leaks or overflowing.
