Why is my control strip not measured for the last job at a roll?

This happens if the end of the roll is reached at the same time as your job and the media has already come off the core. In this case, the printer cannot rewind it anymore to measure the control strip. This is a normal behavior of the Epson SureColor SC-P7500 / SC-P9500 due to its construction.
