If you see in RIP the message 'cloud application unreachable' then please
- log into http://app.aurelon.com using an account registered with your license
- click LICENSE
- select MANAGE LICENSE
- in upper right set DATA COLLECTION to ENABLED; if it is currently ENABLED switch to DISABLED and confirm, then set it again to ENABLED (and agree to the info)
- now check on your LicenseServer the LicenseInfo and select UPDATE We're still in the roll-out phase of PrintFactory Manager which will allow cloud based information on media and substrate consumption and cost calculation, but also submit crash reports automatically should your software unexpectedly quit.
If your firewall blocks communication then you might still see the 'cloud application unreachable' message even after enabling. As mentioned, this is still in early roll-out and complete instructions and guidelines will become available shortly. Some information is already available in the FAQ section for 'PF Manager' on
