** Go to C: users\shared\PrintFactory\Database
** rename ‘command queue’ and ‘logqueue’ -> add _back
** restart RIP: commandqueue and logqueue are recreated and thus purged.
** Rip a file and see if it goes through.
** Wait 30 minutes to see if devices sync
