What is GMG Manage?

GMG Manage is a user-friendly web portal designed to help you efficiently view and manage all your GMG licenses and users. As an organization administrator, you have the ability to create a detailed overview of your license systems and transfer licenses between systems as needed. To streamline operations or address temporary needs, you also have the option to request temporary licenses. For user-based products, GMG Manage allows you to invite and manage users, as well es configure their usage rights.

GMG Manage consists of two main parts: the administrative section (1), which allows organization administrators to manage users and usage rights for their organization, and the download section (2), where both organization administrators and members can download the latest versions of our user-based apps. Please note that the administrative functions are only visible and accessible to users with the role of an organization administrator. Members do not have access to these functions and can only use the download section My Apps.
