As organization admin in GMG Manage, you can invite further members to join your organization.
For example:
- You can invite another colleague to act as 'organization admin' (as a fallback)
- You can invite colleagues as 'members' i.e. users of GMG products, and assign usage rights:
How to invite new members to your organization in GMG Manage
- In GMG Manage, navigate to the 'Users' tab.
- Click the 'Invite user' button.
- Enter the email address and choose the user role.
- Select available product permissions.
- Click apply.
An invitation will be sent to the recipient to join your organization:
Resending an invitation
If the invited does not join your organization within 30 days, the invitation is expired. In this case, or when the initial email got lost, you can resend the invitation email by clicking on the 'Resend...' icon in the user management list.
