How to license a product in GMG Manage

As organization admin you can invite new users and also control the product access.

How to license a product

1. Navigate to the Users tab in GMG Manage.
2. Click the Edit icon next to the user you want to edit the usage rights of.
   
3. Activate or deactivate the product checkbox to assign or unassign a product license:
   
   If a product you expected to see here does not show up, then there is no valid subscription available. Please contact your regional GMG Sales partner or order@gmgcolor.com to clarify the situation.
4. Click Apply to confirm your change.
   With the next login, the respective user can access the granted products or, if being unassigned, cannot access the products anymore. The products that a user is entitled to use show directly in the user list via product icons.
   
   

Subscription overview 
You can view all subscriptions for user-based products on the Products tab. The overview shows you the expiration date of the contract and the number of available seats. 

Downloading user-based applications 
Every user in Manage has an individual 'My Apps' page which provides the latest downloads of all products that the user is entitled to use. This way, there is no need to search for downloads on our website and the onboarding of colleagues is quick and easy.
