What if my calibrations sets and profiles are greyed out in the database?

Problem

The ColorProof database contains greyed out Proof standards or calibration sets.

Cause

The items cannot be found in the repository (e.g. because the repository is missing) or the internet connection is missing and the items cannot be downloaded from the cloud.

How to solve this?

1. Download the "full installer" from the website. See as well: Full Installer (Offline Installer)
2. Unzip the downloaded setup
3. Navigate in the setup folder to: \packfiles_CP_CpDataPkg
4. Copy the file CP5_Data_100.1.1.pkg (or higher) into C:\Users\Public\GMG\ColorProof\Repository
5. After that download the data again: ColorProof> Database > Download > From Folder
