Problem
The Product Update Notifier indicates that a new version is available. However, after clicking "Install", the update does not install. This is a known issue that may affect a limited number of customers using GMG ColorProof 5.17.1.
Workaround
If this occurs, please download the installer from our website and install the next version manually: https://gmgcolor.com/support/download/product/colorproof
After completing the manual installation, automatic updates will work normally again for future releases.
