ColorProof cannot be started:"Essential application component not found. Please use the setup program to reinstall the program."

If this message appears, it means that a component was not installed correctly. This could be the AppService. If so, it might help to reinstall the AppService.
Otherwise ColorProof needs to be uninstalled and installed again. Make sure you have a valid environment backup before you reinstall the application.
